Emplicure complies with the Swedish Companies Act on corporate governance. To fulfill the SCA, the Board has implemented documented procedures for its work, as well as instructions regarding the division of work between the Board and the CEO. The procedures and instructions state duties and reporting obligations, including financial and regulatory reporting, and are reviewed annually.
Emplicure does not have any committees. The salary and other remunerations of the CEO are decided by the board.
